Richard Klug has more than 32 years of real estate experience and ranked in the top 1% of NRT's sales associates across the country in 2010. Specializing in high-end residential properties throughout Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, the Sunset Strip, Los Feliz, and West Hollywood. In fact, he was recently quoted in the New York Times as being an agent who specializes in high end and celebrity clients. Richard Klug has been with Sotheby's International Realty for over 12 years. His negotiation skills coupled with detailed real estate market knowledge and extensive home buying experience have enabled Richard to effectively help his clients find the right property to suit their specific real estate needs.
Prior to his real estate career, he worked in Marketing and Sales for the General Food Corporation and Union Carbide. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing, Richard also completed studies at the Xerox School of Professional Selling Skills. He has pursued graduate studies in Real Estate Finance and Investment at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
